Holds a doctorate in political science and is a university lecturer on European affairs. Former member of the European Parliament (2009-2013) where he dealt with the implementation of EU Treaties, EU budget, the protection of privacy and the European Digital Agenda. In 2004 received a Ph.D.

Director of City's Political Journalism MA of London University has an outstanding background in both practical political journalism and in academic research in this area. He has co-authored three books and numerous articles on political communications, and has served as a media consultant to a variety of organisations, governments and international bodies. His journalistic career has included senior editorial positions at the BBC, ITN, Channel Four and Sky News.

Wojciech Przybylski is the editor-in-chief of Visegrad Insight - a magazine on Central Europe and chairman of Res Publica Foundation in Warsaw. Previously editor-in-chief of Eurozine - magazine representing a network of European cultural journals with the office in Vienna. Founder of New Europe 100 project bringing forward a community of successful innovators from CEE across the fields of business, research media, NGO and publicADMINISTRATION- run jointly by Res Publica, Financial Times and Google. Wojciech is a political commentator, lecturer and social entrepreneur.
