Paweł Filipek, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University, Ph.D. in Legal Sciences with specialization in Public International Law. From July 1991 to June 2002 Director of Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI); in 1992 appointed as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office to elaborate the settlement of the conflict in the Trans-Dniester region of Moldova. Barbara Sośnicka
After her Master of Arts degree at the Institute of Oriental Languages at the University of Warsaw, Mrs Sośnicka studied International Relations at The Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw, then completed her studies at the Academy of International Law in The Hague, International Institute of Public Administration in Paris and University of Mons. Since 1987 she has worked at the Polish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Polish Embassies in Managua, Caracas, Brussels and Lima. Now she is Deputy Director of Europe at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Graduated from Foreign Trade Department at the Central School of Planning and Statistics, and completed post-graduate German and International Law Studies.
