She also has an great academic experience as the Assistant Professor of Economics Department of the Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, teaching International trade policy and commercial diplomacy and European Integration for the Master’s degree students and as a lecturer at the Georgian Institute of Public Administration (GIPA), Course for the Master’s degree students – Trade and Development. She is a member of the American Society of Public Administration, a member of the Georgian Information Society, board member of International Trade Policy and Law Center and a chairperson of the Government Commission for Gender Equality.

Social skills and diversity trainer, specializing on public speaking and presentation skills. During last six years she conducted over 2000 training hours on creating and delivering presentation for public, private and NGO sectors. She also delivers training on leadership skills, diversity management and anti-discrimination workshops. Until September 2006 she was In „Partners” Foundation where she was leading programme: Gender quality”. She is also an author of training programme „Zarządzanie Firmą Równych Szans”. She graduated from Warsaw University – Journalism and Political Science Faculty.
At presence she is running her own training and consultancy business. She lives in Warsaw, Poland.
Jana Kavková
Jana SmiggelKavkovás studied Political Science in Leiden, The Netherlands. She has been working in the field of gender equality since 2005. As a member and later chair of Commission on Equal Representation of Women and Men in Politics, she cooperated on drafting a law proposal introducing quotas. In 2010 Forum 50 % ran a successful campaign to support women in the elections resulting in election of 14 women MPs by using preferential votes. Jana is member of Council for Equal Opportunities of Women and Men of the Government and board member of European Women´s Lobby.
Anna Kowalska
Since 2003 works as project manager at the Villa Decius Association. Manages and develops international projects, among others ten previous editions of the Visegrad Summer School. Graduated from the Krakow University of Economics (Management) and the Academy of Anti-discrimination Training. Educator and consultant specializing in gender and equality issues. From 1997 to 2000 she worked as coordinator for the USAID Local Partnership Program, later until 2003 for the Department of Education and Culture in the Marshal Office of the Malopolska Region.
