PhD in Public Administration and Political Sciences. 1992-1993 worked at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 1994-1998 Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Turkey, Ankara. 1999-2000 Director of the Slovak Institute for International Studies in Bratislava. Former Executive Director of the International Visegrad Fund. Former director of Department of Analyses and Policy Planning in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic.
