Research scientist at the Department of Comparative Constitutional Law of the Jagiellonian University (PhD constitutional law), author of numerous scientific publications.From 1996-1998 he served as director of the Krakow Voivode Office and from 1998to 2002 worked as director of the Małopolska Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship in Krakow.Between 2002and 2004 he took the position of the director of the Municipality of Krakow. From 2005 to 2014 he was working in the University Hospital in Krakow as director general. In October 5th 2015 he was appointed as Deputy Mayor of Krakow for Social Policy, Culture and City Promotion.
