Ambassador of Republic of Poland to Ukraine and former director of the Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation Foundation (PAUCI) which manages the trans-border projects with Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia. Previously program director for ZNAK Foundation in Krakow and the editor of “Tygodnik Powszechny”. As a journalist, he covered the Romanian Revolution and war in the former Yugoslavia. Author of two documentary books on the Balkans and a novel Scent of the Angel which is based on his work experience in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
Bozhena Pelenska is an Artistic and Executive Director of the Jam Factory Art Center, responsible for programming, communication, strategic development, and partnership.
She studied culture and philosophy in leading Ukrainian and international programs (Lviv National University, Ukrainian Catholic University, University of Ottawa), as well as management at the Institute of Management in Lviv and Visegrad Academy for Cultural Management.
Natalia Mileszyk heads up the Digital & Technology practice at CEC, the longest-standing public affairs company in Poland. She has an in-depth understanding of tech-sector regulation which combined with broader experience in public affairs both in Poland and the wider European Union makes her aware of the complex dynamics between national and regional policymaking levels.
Petr Mareš is the Executive Director of the Visegrad Fund. PhD in Czechoslovak and World History, he was Director of the Institute of International Politics (1993-1995) and Chair of the Department of American Studies (1995-1998) of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University (Prague).
