He pursues his PhD in International Relations and European Studies at the Institute of International Relations and the Metropolitan University Prague. He also reads for PhD at the department of the European Law of the Law School at the Charles University in Prague, where he graduated summa cum laude his master degree in Law and legal science in 2005. He studied in Sweden at Jönköping International Business School under the Socrates-Erasmus programme. In 2011, he graduated with distinction his second master programme in Anglophone studies at the Metropolitan University Prague.

Lawyer, graduated at the Department of law at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice, Slovakia. For two tenures he was Deputy Mayor of the town of Poprad, Slovakia. Furthermore he was adviser in the office of the President of the Slovakian Republic and a member of the team of advisers of the Justice Minister of the Slovakian Republic. The President of the Slovakian Republic appointed him as a member of the Slovakian Commission on Human Rights.

US Fulbright Scholarship in Religion and Pluralism at the University of California Santa Barbara and a Japanese Government Scholarship at the Nanzan University. He worked for different academic institutions in the United States of America, Japan and in Belgium contributing to African Studies, African Politics, Literature (Mythology), Gender, Religion, Diaspora, Art, Community, Development and Pedagogy.

Executive director of International Visegrad Fund. Firstly, she obtained her MA at the Philosophy/Sociology Faculty in Culture studies then  graduated at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. Later she went to the University of Cambridge to obtain diploma in English and European Union Law. She has worked for the Ministry of Economy of Poland as deputy director (2006-2009) then as director (2009-2011). Since 2014 she has been a ministerial advisor of the Ministry of Economy (2014-2015), later of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland (2015).

Since 2009 managerial board director of the Foundation Genshagen. Manages the section of Art and Culture Mediation in Europe. Studied German and Romance philology at the universities of Regensburg, Freiburg and Clermont-Ferrand. Lived for several years in France where she worked as teacher, lecturer and journalist. From 1979 to 1982 she was project manager of the International Architecture Exhibition (IBA). She established the International Centre of Youth Culture and Art “Schlesische 27” and was its director general and artistic director until 2009.
