Deputy Director in Institute of International Relations, Prague, former Head of Research. Received his PhD in 2008 at the Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic). In 2012 a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. He mainly focuses on foreign policy analysis of the Central European countries, Central European sub-regional cooperation and Central Europe in European and World Affairs.

He holds an MSc degree in Management from the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow, Poland's leading technical university and a BA in Marketing from the BWSBiI - US Peace Corps funded private college. His professional experience includes managing FMCG brands and B2B marketing in Central Europe, CIS and the Far East. Prior to working for PMR he spent a few years working with leading Polish food and beverage manufacturers.

Since 2011 Ambassador of Georgia to Finland and Sweden. Graduated from Tbilisi State University of Foreign Languages and Vienna Diplomatic Academy. In 1990 joined the diplomatic service. From 1990-1993 served as II secretary of the Division for Economic Cooperation, II secretary and later, Director of Division for Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. In 1993-1994 member of the Permanent Delegation of Georgia to the CSCE (later OSCE).
