VSS Applications Closed! - What's next?

The call for applications to the 23rd Visegrad Summer School officially ended on April 13, and the numbers speak for themselves: we received over 338 applications from 31 different countries! 

 

Thank you for your interest, your shares, and the amazing energy you’ve brought to this call. You’ve made this process incredibly exciting already — and we’re just getting started!
 

We're now fully focused on carefully selecting a diverse and inspiring group of participants — people who will bring unique voices and perspectives to the conversation about The Future of Enlargement.


What’s next?

  •  We’ll announce the list of accepted participants and the waiting list in the last days of April.
  •  From then on, the waiting list will be updated every two weeks.
     

Visegrad Summer School 2025 - Q&A

1. When will the results be announced?  
We expect to share the final results in the last days of April. We’re currently reviewing over 338 applications and doing our best to give each the attention it deserves.  
 
2. How will the results be communicated?  
All applicants will receive an email notification, whether they have been accepted, placed on the waiting list, or not qualified.  
 
3. Will there be a waiting list?  
Yes! Along with the list of accepted participants, we will publish a waiting list that will be updated every two weeks starting in early May.  
 
4. If I don’t qualify, will I be informed?  
Yes. Everyone who submitted an application will be informed of the outcome, regardless of the result.
